No. Applying, being reviewed, and holding a verified profile are free and always will be. Every fee on this page is paid by hiring teams. We think charging the people being assessed would compromise the review — and in most US states it would make us a licensed employment agency.
No. If you find someone through Directory Access, you contract with them directly at whatever rate you agree. We don't take a percentage, we don't hold the contract, and we don't have circumvention clauses. Pods are the exception — there we contract the team and carry delivery accountability, which is priced into the engagement.
For Directory Access we don't guarantee outcomes — we guarantee the review was real and the evidence is visible. For Pods, if an operator isn't the right fit we replace them within 10 business days at no additional cost.
